Birth and Death – Two sides of the same coin.

At first glance, birth and death can appear to be two very separate events.

Birth can appear as a beginning and death as an end.

Yet both are really just two sides of the same coin.

Both events are a beginning.

Birth as we know it is the beginning of energy being expressed in physical form.

Death as we know it is the beginning of energy being expressed in non-physical form.

Remember, we like everything that ever was, is, or will be is energy and energy never dies. It simply changes form and while we may never know what that non-physical form after death appears as, it is energy expressed all the same.

With this understanding, while we may still morn when a loved one passes from this lifetime, may it help in some way to know that the act of dying is a beginning of energy changing from one form of energy expressed to another form of energy expressed.
