When you lie to someone else, you cause far more harm to your own growth that you do to theirs.
When you lie to someone, they may or may not know on a conscious level that you lied to them, but you know on all levels that you lied and you will carry that lie within you.
That lie sits within you energetically at a cellular level and will remain there, expanding and manifesting into other areas of your body, your state of being and ultimately your reality for as long as you are aligned with that frequency.
It’s not woo-woo or guilt-tripping. It’s just the way it is. Everything is energy.
See the lie for what it is and what it does to you beneath the surface, forgive yourself and let it go.
