Lack beliefs create lack mindsets which drive lack thoughts and spur lack action. Stop the cycle.
Lack beliefs are simply the perception of another that have been passed on through the generations masquerading as a fact. From these lack beliefs, you individually create lack mindsets about yourself which in turn create lack thoughts when you have a desire to take action on a desire. The resulting action is lack based and often appears as in-action (which is still an action) which reinforces the lack belief and the cycle continues.
To stop the cycle, you need to teach your brain new data to work with. Data that is both fact-based and empowering for you.
It’s like learning a new language. It can take time but over time it gets easier and you become fluent in it.
