You always have a choice in every situation although you may not like the options.
This one can be a hard one to understand, accept and own particularly when you are experiencing a situation you would rather not.
But when it comes down to it, you always have a choice, even if the choices seem like no choice at all or a choice you could not have chosen from the outside looking in.
