Worry is an action based on the illusion of lack.

Quote - “Worry is an action based on the illusion of lack.” – Lisa Layden

When you look at what you worry about from the perspective of the inner-self, you will understand that worry is an action of the ego. The inner-self knows that there is nothing that you are not; that lack is an illusion.

When you are in the action of worrying, it can be helpful to take a step back from the situation and see that worrying is not helping the situation. To understand that it is the ego getting caught up in the illusion of lack and its own illusion of self-importance. To understand that by focusing on what you are worried about, you draw more of that to you.
