When you remember that Love is what you are, you will know peace.
As humans, we feel a range of emotions and at times those emotions may make us feel angry, sad, frustrated, jealous, etc. about ourselves or others. When this happens it can be hard to think of you/others as LOVE, but it is indeed what you are at your core.
So when you go to that place that feels like anything but love, take a moment to close your eyes, take in a few long slow breaths and remember…..remember that you are LOVE.
