To feel hatred for another is an expression of the hatred you feel for yourself.

Life is always providing you with a mirror to better see yourself. If you hate another person you are seeing a reflection of the hatred you feel for yourself. Go within and ask what it is you ‘hate’ about yourself. Unearth that ‘hate’ and see it for the illusion you have created for yourself. Acknowledge and believe it no longer serves you and then let it go. You will release the hatred you felt for yourself and as a result release the illusion of hatred you feel for the other person.
