Suicide is never an easy decision. Rather it is the only decision that makes sense to the person at the time.
Our brain is focused on survive and thrive and yet, some people including my brother make the choice to end their life.
I can’t imagine a harder choice and can only imagine that it is the only decision that makes sense to the person at the time.
