Do you have an inner-bully holding you back?
We hear about bullies all the time.
They hang out at schools, at work, online and countless other places.
They come from all walks of life, exist across all social, economic, gender, political, religious backgrounds.
They can be passive aggressive or super aggressive.
Their end goal is to get attention, push buttons, destroy self-worth, demean others and take their victims to the point where don’t feel like they belong or even deserve to be on the planet.
Bullies can be very convincing and their actions can have negative long-term and even permanent impact on the lives of their victims and those who care about them.
Most people find it hard to imagine how anyone could feel so badly about themselves that they would see no alternative but to bully others in a desperate attempt to make themselves feel better; to alleviate their own pain and separateness.
And yet, would it surprise you to know that some of the worst bullies are the bullies you aren’t even aware of.
These bullies exist in your mind.
These ‘bullies’ are the lack beliefs and mindsets that have been ingrained into your subconscious as a result of living life on planet Earth.
Just like human bullies, they are focused on making you feel small, unworthy, afraid, and when you let them control you, they can stop you from being you and from being all you can be; to stop you from living a life that is in alignment with who you truly are.
Just like physical bullies, your lack beliefs and mindsets can be very convincing. They gain power by having you believe things about you that aren’t true.
Unlike physical bullies, your inner bullies aren’t real.
(Well, technically since everything is energy, the ‘physical’ bullies aren’t either, but I’ll save that discussion for another day.)
Your inner-bullies are a figment of your imagination.
Your inner-bullies are an illusion.
You have the power to get rid of them.
You can decide your inner bullies no longer serve you and have no place in your life going forward.
You can teach your brain new information that is based on fact, abundance and empowerment.
Over time (with repetition – just like learning any new language), your brain will begin to use this new data.
Over time, the lack belief/mindset (your inner-bully) will lose its power over you until it has no power at all.
Over time, you will no longer align with or be in resonance with that lack.
Are you ready?
Are you ready to stand up to your inner-bullies and see them for the illusion they are?
